This path was born out of prayer, perseverance through life’s challenges, and the unwavering faithfulness of God. I remember my first initial years of being a believer, in my quiet moments of introspection, I started to collate, study and divided the points that were not initially fully understood, until Holy Spirit led me to referencing a great deal. I then eventually collated truths that strengthened my walk. I hope you find the following, at your own pace, allowing the wisdom of Christ to gently shape your heart, renew your thinking, and strengthen your faith. For those who sense a desire to go deeper, the journey does not need to end here.

Before we were even formed in our mother's womb there was a beginning, that God created us to have fellowship with Him and then to have a family. By commanding us to be in joy [Philippians 4:4 rejoice in the Lord always: and again I say, Rejoice] and then propagate the land.....
SPIRITUAL WELLNESS STARTS WITH PROTECTING OUR MIND SOUL, SPIRIT AND BODY
Our mind, Soul, Spirit and Body are the most important part of our existence, for us to make any contributory, not just primary to God and His Kingdom, but to ourselves and to humankind.
1 Timothy 4:16 AMP Pay close attention to yourself [concentrate on your personal development] and to your teaching; persevere in these things [hold to them], for as you do this you will ensure salvation both for yourself and for those who hear you.
From Abraham to Yehoshua [Jesus]:
THEY HAVE ALL SPOKEN THE WORD INTO EXISTENCE.
Meditating on God's Word frequently will assist us to grow daily, and our confidence in Him will increase [fear will decrease]. With this growth, we can speak and confess the change - confidently, boldly, without hindrance or fear.
1 John 4:18 KJV There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love.
WE HAVE OVER 30,000 THOUGHTS PER DAY
MOST OF THESE THOUGHTS REMAIN IN OUR DNA UNTIL "SOME" ARE REPLACED THROUGH A PROCESS CALLED NEUROGENESIS AND NEUROPLASTICITY
The National Institutes of Health [NIH] confirms that the brain is not static; it possesses Neuroplasticity, the ability to reorganize itself by forming new neural connections throughout life. Neurogenesis is the specific process of generating new neurons, primarily in the hippocampus, which is associated with memory and learning. Bearing in mind, their studies are still ongoing.
When one is steadily studious, old thought patterns are quietly replaced. By this it means we increase at a higher level of understanding. Often, this transformation happens without conscious awareness - we change the way we think simply by consistently engaging with truth, reflection, and learning.
However, for much of humankind, the capacity or habit of learning diminishes after formal education is completed. The demands of work life and shifting lifestyles frequently interrupt this process, leaving less time, space, and intention for continued growth. Over time, this pause in learning can cause thought patterns to remain unchanged and often stagnated, so our external life would also have little change, even as life itself continues to evolve.
WHAT IT TAKES TO HAVE FAITH IN THE GOD OF YEHOSHUA [JESUS]
When a person Receives Salvation, they experience a profound Spiritual Transformation: Forgiveness of sins, becoming a child of God [Spiritual Birth], receiving the indwelling Holy Spirit for guidance, reconciliation with God, and gaining a New Identity with peace, hope, and eternal life, marked by changed desires and a new ability to please God.
Scripture speaks of becoming a “New Creation” through a transformation of the mind - a slow, inward renewal shaped by reflection and connection. We are often taught that life is about survival, about pushing through and enduring. But survival alone leaves us depleted. We were made for more than that. We were created to truly live - to experience fullness, purpose, and abundance. At the heart of this life is connection: to the Source of all life, the One beyond creation itself. In that connection, we begin to discover a different way of being - one marked not by striving, but by belonging.
Isaiah 55:8-9 KJV For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.
Hebrews 13:5 KJV
He will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.
The truth is we are not shaped by our past experiences, past turmoils, hurt or anything that we are directly responsible for. However what we are responsible for is to freely choose to heal through transforming, to be in a new creation mindset. So we can truly make a change that is everlasting.
